THE STUDIO

Purpose-built space holding 20 mats. Music-led, experience-driven classes Monday to Sunday from 6am to 7pm. Yoga and pilates like nothing else on the Peninsula.

SAUNA & ICE

Our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge sit right outside the studio doors. Finish your class, step outside, and complete the experience the way it was meant to be done.

THE FARM

A regenerative farm and community hub for ecological restoration, opening to the public alongside the studio. Cafe. Produce shop. 20 acres of UNESCO wetlands to wander.
